Welcome to the Royal Oak



The Royal Oak pub in South Cerney is celebrating after achieving the Cask Marque award for the quality of its ales.Nick Mann, landlord of the Royal Oak, received the award in January 2008 and has a plaque proudly displayed outside the pub. The Cask Marque Scheme, set up by the independent Cask Marque Trust, rates pubs on the look, taste, temperature and aroma of its ale. Pubs that join the scheme are visited unannounced by an independent assessor twice a year.
